You need to capture the video into windows movie maker, then you can edit it all in there. You can save the video file and then import it into flash.

the graphics weren't the best and the only thing that you should watch out for is the time it took to say "1 Hour" type thing it was a little long and because of that i almost turned it off... but it was good good luck in the future man
